Please visit the areas below for support with the Aspen Family Portal

- Open Aspen for New Bedford.
- On the Login pop-up, click Trouble logging in.
- Click Reset your Password.
- In the Provide your Login ID field, type your user ID. Click Recover Password.
- Open the email account associated with your Aspen account, and find the message with the subject "Password Reset Request."
- Open the email, and click Reset Password. The Reset Password pop-up appears.
- In the Password field, type your new password.
- At Confirm Password, retype the password.
- Click Reset Password.
- Return to the Aspen Portal and log in with your credentials.

- Open Aspen for New Bedford.
- On the Login pop-up, click Trouble logging in.
- The 'Trouble logging in' pop-up appears. Click Retrieve your Login ID
- The following pop-up appears. Type your email address. This must be the address associated with your Aspen account.
- Click Recover Login ID.
- Go to your email account.
- Open the message with the subject "Login Retrieve Request" to find your Aspen Login ID.
- Return to the Aspen Portal, and log in using your credentials.
