Our SRO here at Roosevelt is Officer Yesenia Miranda.
Officer Miranda, an Army combat veteran, joined the New Bedford Police Department as a patrol officer in 2013. She became Roosevelt's SRO in September 2025.
Our SRO acts as a resource to teachers, parents, and students by providing direction or advice on a variety of topics.
